A Photo Contest to Show the Beauty of Molhadhoo Mangrove

A facebook page dedicated to show the beauty of HA Molhadhoo has initiated a photo competition of Molhadhoo Magrove.

“Molhadhoo Facebook page” as already decided on this photo contest while the youth of the island has started to develop a nature park at the mangrove. The page stated that the main reason for this photo contest is to preserve the before pictures of the mangrove for the future generations as the youth and the island has decided to build a nature park in the mangrove now.

This contest has started on 17th October 2020 and to enter the contest, you simply need to take a picture of the mangrove, use the hashtag #molhadhooKandoofaa and upload it to instagram.

For the uploaded pictures, the person who gets the most likes with the hashtag would also be awarded with a prize. The contest will end on the 31st of October 2020.

Molhadhoo is one of the habited island in HA Atoll and this island is in length 2600 meters and and in width 840 meters.
