‘Bodu Dhathuru’ Documentary released

A captivating historical documentary delving into one of the most monumental events in Maldivian history, ‘Bodu Dhathuru’ has been by ‘Thiladhun’ Media.

The documentary, which lasts for nearly an hour, was aired on Thiladhun’s social media platforms on Thursday. It can be watched from Thiladhun Online’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

The documentary focused on the trip led by Kulhudhuffushi Bodu Mohamed Katheeb along with several citizens from Thiladhunmathi 80 years ago, will become the documentary with most detailed information ever made on the incident.

The documentary describes in great detail how the journey began, the purpose, preparations, government actions, and what happened after the journey. And a lot of information about the history of the Bodu Thiladhunmathi and the political situation of the country at the time.
