In celebration of Customer Day, the management team and employees of Ooredoo Maldives stepped beyond their offices. Today, they met customers across various touchpoints including Experience Centers, retail outlets, and service partner locations to personally connect, listen, and gather valuable feedback to further enhance customer experiences.
As part of Ooredoo’s ongoing commitment to deliver five-star service, the initiative encouraged staff from all departments to engage directly with customers, gaining firsthand insights into their needs, expectations, and ideas.
