Ministry of Higher Education has awarded N. Velidhoo Junior College Project to Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).
At a ceremony held at the Ministry, the agreement was signed by Minister Dr. Ibrahim Hassan and CEC of MTCC Adam Azim signed the agreement on behalf of the company. Also, constituency parliament member Mohamed Abdulla Shafeeg graced the ceremony.
Under the project MTCC have to construct 2 classrooms, 1 ICT lab, 1 library, 2 workshops in an area of 10,276 square feet.
The value of the project is MVR 11.91 million.
MTCC has been undertaking many development projects throughout the country including building roads, airports, land reclamation, shore protection, and harbours.
