The match between Madu Fehi and Blood Brothers ended in a draw in the third match of the Football tournament of Foakaidhoo Council Sports Fiesta 2022.
The match played at Foakaidhoo Football Ground yesterday evening ended in a 2-2 draw. Khaleel Jamal of Blood Brothers was selected as the player of the match.
A total of four teams participated in the tournament. The teams are Blood Brothers, Young Winners, Madu Fehi and Superstar.
The tournament is planned in a way that each team competes against each other and the two teams with the most points to reach the final. The final match of the tournament will be played in the evening of December 10.
A match of the tournament will also be played today. The match, which starts at 1600 hrs, will be played between Young Winners Recreation Club and Superstar.
The tournament is organized by Foakaidhoo Council with the objective of reviving the spirit of football in Foakaidhoo and producing talented footballers in the Island.
