In an effort to improve service quality through public input and participation, State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) has released an online feedback form to gather public opinion regarding its services.
In a post on ‘X’, STELCO stated that the online feedback form, designed to understand public perception of the company’s services, is now available on its website. The company has invited the public to share their views on its services through this form.
The key areas included in the form for public feedback are the level of satisfaction with STELCO’s service delivery and the level of public trust in the company. Additionally, the form covers perceptions regarding the company’s speed of work, organizational efficiency, and customer service.
The form also includes questions regarding STELCO’s approach to resolving issues encountered while obtaining services, as well as the extent to which the company maintains transparency in informing the public about service delivery and policy changes.
Furthermore, the form provides an opportunity for respondents to highlight areas where service delivery needs improvement. STELCO has also requested the public to share any positive or negative experiences they have had while receiving services from the company.
