Ninety percent (90%) of the development work on Boaziyarat Beach in Kulhudhuffushi City has been completed. This project, initiated by the City Council, is being carried out by a private company, Plus B Private Limited. As part of this work, the Boaziyarat Beach area has been developed with an entrance featuring wheelchair access, boundary demarcation, a toilet block, a beach hut, a barbecue area, showers, and a walkway, in addition to the completion of the area’s landscaping work. Currently, the final stages of beach construction are underway in the area. This specific task, aimed at protecting the coastline of the Boaziyarat Beach area, is being carried out separately and has been contracted to a company named Benzy Private Limited. The development of Kulhudhuffushi Boaziyarat Beach is a major project prioritized by the City Council in response to a significant request from the city’s residents. The City Council has spent over 3 million Rufiyaa on this project.
