The project for constructing a Waqf building in Kulhudhuffushi City has been awarded to Wavelength Private Limited today.
The agreement for this project was signed during a special ceremony held today for signing contracts with private contractors to carry out certain development projects related to public interests under the contractor finance method.
President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed, participated in this ceremony. Cabinet ministers and Members of Parliament also attended the event.
The Waqf building to be constructed in Kulhudhuffushi will be developed as a multipurpose complex that includes office spaces, accommodation, and commercial spaces. According to the agreement signed today, this building will be established with modern facilities.
The Ministry has assured that upon completion of this project, which the government is undertaking at a total cost of 10 million rufiyaa, it will bring significant financial advancement to the Islamic sector in Kulhudhuffushi City and HDh. Atoll.
