The National Airline of Maldives, Maldivian is set to resume flight operations between Hanimaadhoo International Airport and Trivandrum, India, starting from April 12, 2024.
In a statement, Island Aviation stated that flights between Hanimaadhoo Airport and Trivandrum will resume on April12. The idea behind starting these flights is to increase the number of destinations travelled by Maldivian and to facilitate direct foreign travel from the north of the country.
Moreover, according to the statement, with the commencement of the flights, people travelling to India for various purposes will be able to travel smoothly without any hassles and it will also be easier for those travelling to India for business and vacations.
Furthermore, company stated tickets can be booked through its website, app and ticket office to travel to Trivandrum, India.
Flights between Hanimadhoo and Trivandrum will be held on Friday and Monday and Dash 8 aircrafts will be used for the operation.
