6 recipients from HDh. Nolhivaranfaru received ‘Bileh Kamana Award’

Six recipients from Nolhivaranfaru has received ‘Bileh Kamana Award’ by Nolhivaranfaru Women’s Development Committee (WDC).

The award was given on the occasion of International Women’s Day, in recognition of women’s contribution in various fields and to recognize and empower the women in their workplace.

The award ceremony was held at Nolhivaranfaru School on Friday evening and was graced by the Deputy Principal of Afeefuddin School, Sazna Ibrahim.

The six recipients of the award this year

• Nafeesha Abdulla – Nishan/Nolhivaranfaru (Health Sector)
• Nafeesha Hassan Hussain – Shahil/HDh. Nolhivaranfaru (Administrative Field)
• Mariyam Rasheedha – Paakeeza/HDh.Nolhivaranfaru (Agriculture Sector)
• Sarah Yoosuf – Sandy Beach/ HDh. Nolhivaranfaru (Administrative Field)
• Aminath Moosa – Feeroz Villa/HDh. Nolhivaranfaru (Health Sector)
• Shaheema Ali – Nishan/HDh. Nolhivaranfaru (Health Sector)

International Women’s Day is celebrated every year on March 8.
