HDh. Makunudhoo Council has released the permanent list of the applicants who received the land plots to be provided for residential purposes.
According to the Makunudhoo Council, the permanent list has been made public after addressing the concerns and complaints raised by public to provisional list by the committee selected for the process of allotting the land plots to be provided for residential purposes in the island.
A total of 343 applications were submitted for the 215 land plots of 2,400 square feet to be provided from the island for residential purposes.

In addition, back June 2022 also council opened applications for land plots to be provided for residential purposes. During that time it was decided to provide 73 land plots of 2,000 square feet.
