Golden Futsal Challenge: Utheemu Champions of Zone 1

Ha. Utheemu has defeated the most successful team in Zone I, HDh. Naivaadhoo, who won the title in the last two years, and clinched the Zone I title in the ‘Sonee Sports Golden Futsal Challenge 2024’.

The final match between Utheemu and Naivaadhoo was played last night and the match ended in a 2-2 draw in regular time. Utheemu defeated Naivaadhoo 7-6 in the penalty shootout.

Mohammad Nabeel of Utheem team was selected as the best player of the final match. Haisham of Dhidhdhoo team was selected as the topscorer. Abdulla Shafiu of Naivaadhoo was selected as the best player of the zone.
