HDh. Nolhivaranfaru Women’s Development Committee (WDC) has invited the team to participate in the ‘Master Chef 2024’ event, which is one of the activities planned to be held to celebrate this year’s women’s day.
Every year, March 8 is celebrated as International Women’s Day. To mark the day, Nolhivaranfaru WDC has decided to organize two major events, including Master Chef and a special ceremony.
Therefore, WDC requests those who wish to participate in the event to complete and submit applications form before February 29, 2024. Application form will be available from and can be submitted to Nolhivaranfaru Council reception. Moreover, each participating team should consist of five members. Event is targeted for the women of the island.
Speaking regarding the event, Nolhivaranfaru WDC member Aiminath Saeedha stated that even in the last year they organized a master chef event to celebrate Women’s Day and this year they decided to go ahead with the event because of the overwhelming response it received last year.
Winner of the event will be awarded with a cash prize of MVR 2,500, the first runner-up will be awarded with a cash prize of MVR 2,000 and the second runner-up with MVR 1,500.
