Land Plots to be leased from Ha. Dhidhdhoo for business purposes

Ha. Dhidhdhoo Council has decided to lease land plots for businesses and opened bidding for these land plots.

Dhidhdhoo council decided to lease out four plots of land measuring 2,500 square feet for business in the island for a period of 15 years. The land plots violet 18, 19, 20, and 21 located next to housing units built in the reclaimed area to the north of the island will be leased as per the council.

Therefore, council requested those interested in bidding for these land plots to complete bid registration before January 30. Bid registration forms will be available from council’s reception during official working days and bids can be submitted via email or to council’s reception.

Moreover, according to information on bid book, minimum price for a square feet is set as MVR 4. And bid submission is scheduled to be held at Violet 11, on January 31 at 13:00 hrs.

In addition, the council stated that bid submission books are now available from council and the price of bid submission book is MVR 25.
