Sh. Komandoo Council has released a provisional list of points received by those who applied for the land plots to be provided for residential purposes.
Making the list public, the Komandoo Council stated that if anyone wants to file a complaint regarding how the points have been awarded, they will be allowed to do so before 13:30hrs of February 4, 2024.
According to Komandoo Council, complaints can be submitted via a specific form, which will be available from council’s reception. Moreover, complaints can be submitted via the google link below:

Komandoo Council stated that if no complaint is received from anyone within this period, a permanent list will be announced.
The Komandoo council has decided to provide 103 land plots measuring 1,200 square feet for residential purposes as per the Komandoo land use plan.
Komandoo is facing a severe land shortage for housing. The government has already completed the reclamation of the Mathi Komandoo located near Komandoo to resolve the land shortage issue. Under the project, 16.7 hectares of land has been reclaimed and 200 meter long link to connect the reclaimed area to Komandoo and Mathi Komandoo will be constructed.
