Ha. Filladhoo Council has opened the opportunity to submit proposal for the land plot to be leased from island’s tourism zone for any individual/business/company who develops a Health Day Facility in the island.
According to Filladhoo Council, targeted to the 2,000 beds to be developed at island’s ‘Tourist Village’, 40,000 to 50,000 square feet of land will be leased for minimum fee of MVR 0.50 per square feet for a period 50 years to the person individual/business/company that develops a Health Day Facility as per the council’s request.
Therefore, council requested interested parties develop Health Day facility in Filladhoo to submit their proposal. Moreover, according to Filladhoo Council, proposals can be submitted only if interested parties have a companies, partnerships or individual businesses registered with the Ministry of Economic and Development under the Business Registration Act.
Bid submission and opening will be held at Filladhoo Council on January 22, 2024, at 13:00hrs.
