A cleaning event has conducted in Ha. Muraidhoo to clean the island’s ‘Bon’bi Fannu Beach’.
The event organized by Muraidhoo Council is a part of the council’s plans to celebrate this year’s National Unity Day.
The event, which was held on December 23, was participated by the entire residents of the island and received overwhelming response from institutions in the island, youths of both genders and the elderly. The event was organized in a way that strengthens the unity of the island.
National Unity Day is marked in the country on December 26.
