‘Kulhudhuffushi Bashiboalha Tournament – Haa Dhaalu Atoll League 2023’ organized by Kulhudhuffushi City Council in collaboration with Women’s Development Committee (WDC) to begin on Friday.
A total of five teams participated in the tournament. The teams are: Team Corals, Dhethan’dimaa, Team Maglas, Nellaidhoo Bashi Team and Team Zigzag. In the opening match of the tournament, Team Corals are set to play Team Maglas on Friday evening.
The tournament will be held from December 15 to 18 and the tournament has been planned so that each team competes against each other and the two teams with the highest points make it to the final.
The winning team will be awarded withMVR 25,000, while the runners-up will be awarded with MVR 15,000. Moreover, MVR 3,000 will be awarded to the Bashi Queen of the tournament, MVR 1,500 to the best catcher and MVR 1,500 to the best shooter.
