29 teams from Bodu Thiladhunmathi participated in ‘Golden Futsal Challenge 2024’

A total of 29 teams from Bodu Thiladhunmathi have participated in the ‘Golden Futsal Challenge 2024’, open for the country, organized by the Golden Futsal Association.

A total of 29 islands from the three atolls Bodu Thiladhunmathi, Haa Alifu, Haa Dhaalu, and Shaviyani participated in the this year’s tournament 

A total of 12 islands from Haa Alifu Atoll are competing in the tournament. These islands are Hoarafushi, Baarah, Kelaa, Ihavandhoo, Utheemu, Vashafaru, Maarandhoo, Muraidhoo, Filladhoo, Dhidhdhoo, Thakandhoo and Thuraakunu.

A total of 11 islands from Haa Dhaalu Atoll are competing in the tournament. These islands are Kulhudhuffushi, Hanimaadhoo, Naivaadhoo, Nellaidhoo, Neykurendhoo, Nolhivaranfaru, Nolhivaram, Kumundhoo, Vaikaradhoo, Makunudhoo and Finey.

Moreover, 6 islands from Shaviyani Atoll participated in the tournament. These islands are Lhaimagu, Kanditheemu, Maroshi, Feevah, Feydhoo and Foakaidhoo.

A total of 129 teams from across the country are competing in the upcoming tournament. The tournament is scheduled to begin on January 15, 2024.
