Bidding open for a land plot to be used for developing a City Hotel in Ha. Baarah

Ha. Baarah Council has open bidding for 71,832 square meters of land to be used for developing a City Hotel to expand tourism in the island.

According to Baarah Council, those interested are requested in developing a city hotel in this land are requested to attend the information session to be held virtually on zoom to be held on today at 11:00hrs. Council also noted that even though interested parties are unable attend the information session, chance will be given for bidding.

Moreover, council request those who want to purchase bid books to submit an application form before December 14. Furthermore, bid submission will be held on December 17 at 10:00hrs at the Baarah Council.

In addition, those who require further information regarding the bidding are requested mail ([email protected]) their queries before 13:00hrs of December 14.
