More than MVR 74,000 has been raised from activities carried out in ‘Sh. Milandhoo with Palestinians’ fund raising event held to raise funds to assist the Palestinian people who have been affected by the atrocities committed by Israeli forces in Palestine.
‘Sh. Milandhoo with Palestinians’ fund raising event received total MVR 74,511.
In a post posted on ‘Meta’, by lead organizer of the event Shield NGO, stated that MVR 74,511 received from ‘Sh. Milandhoo with Palestinians’ fund raising event has been handed over to ‘Khidhumaiy Jamiyya’ to be sent to Palestine.
Moreover, the organization also expressed its gratitude to the members of the Council for their support in organizing the event. They also acknowledges the support provided by the island’s School PTA.
In addition, they also thanked the people of Milandhoo for their support and assistance.
