Ooredoo Maldives has celebrated Customer Day 2023, in line with the company’s customer centric values. 

Customer Day is an annual initiative by Ooredoo Group held across Middle East and Southeast Asia, designed to enhance customer intimacy and improve service quality.

Under the initiative, senior staff members and Management of Ooredoo Maldives stepped into the shoes of their frontline teams to gain firsthand insights into the challenges and experiences of both their team and valued customers. 

Key activities of Customer Day 2023 at Ooredoo Maldives included visits to all customer touchpoints, including contact centers, Digital Care, Ooredoo Experience Centers, and Business Partner shops. During these visits, senior staff members interacted directly with customers, listening to their feedback and understanding their preferences.

The insights gathered from Customer Day activities will be used to further improve Ooredoo Maldives’ services, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. 

In addition, Ooredoo Maldives reaffirms its commitment to its customers, emphasizing the importance of “walking the talk” and continuously striving for excellence in customer service.
