Ha. Utheemu Council has re-announced that they are looking for interested parties to carry out Phase 1 work of Social Centre to be developed in the island.
According to the council, it has been re-announced due to the high estimates submitted in relation to the previous announcement. Therefore, those interested in carrying out Phase 1 work of Social Centre to be developed in the Utheemu as per the information provided by this council are requested to attend information session and submit their bids in the given time.
Council stated that bid registration should be completed before 13:15hrs of October 18, 2023. Bid registration form will be available from council and gazette. And the information session regarding the project will be held at the council’s conference room on October 23, 2023, at 13:15hrs. Bid registration form will be available from council and gazette. In addition, bids can be submitted only if interested parties have a valid business registration.
Moreover, according to the announcement by the council, if interested parties have completed the bid registration, even though they do not attend the information they will be given the chance to submit the bid. Furthermore, bid submission will be held at the council’s conference room on October 31, 2023, at 13:15hrs.
