Land plots to be leased from Ha. Hoarafushi Harbour area for commercial purposes

Ha. Hoarafushi Council has opened application for the land plots to be leased from island’s Harbour area for commercial purposes.

Hoarafushi Council decided to lease 05 plots of land on lease for 20. From these land plots 2,267.9 square feet of land allotted for wholesale/retail (mixed business), 2,267.9 square feet of land allotted for supermarkets (mixed business), 2,267.9 square feet of land allotted for hardware/furniture business, 2,038.7 square feet of land allotted for supermarket (mixed business), and 2,038.7 square feet of land allotted for operating café/restaurant business. According to council bidding for these land plot will be MVR 1.00 for square feet.

Therefore, council requested interested parties to visit Hoarafushi Council conference room to submit their bids on 13:00hrs of September 24. Bid books will be available from council.
