The new Football Ground on N. Maafaru has been inaugurated by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
The Football Ground was inaugurated on Monday during President Solih’s ongoing visit to Noonu Atoll. The completion of this project marks a significant milestone in developing sports infrastructure on Maafaru.
The newly inaugurated football ground on Maafaru is layered with turf, boasts state-of-the-art amenities and facilities. Nexta Maldives Private Limited laid the subbase layer of the football ground, while Myna Sports Field Private Limited was responsible for installing the turf. These enhancements will provide an improved playing experience for athletes and sports enthusiasts on the island.
