HDh. Hanimaadhoo Futsal Ground Renovation works started

HDh. Hanimaadhoo Council and the youth of the island have jointly started the renovation work of the Hanimaadhoo Futsal Ground.

The council had planned to carry out the renovation of the Hanimaadhoo Futsal Ground once council procure all necessary materials and equipment, with collaboration of youth and others who wanted to participate in the work to complete the renovation work.

As part of the renovation works, the existing turf has been removed and the ground levelling of the field has been started. The project involves repairing the damaged areas of the field’s fense, improving the lighting system of the field and resolving electricity issues there.

Moreover, the council is grateful to the youth for their support in various ways in this renovation project. The council further stated that such activities are carried out in collaboration with the council and the people, which brings unity in the society.
