Kurimagu Sports Club has won Dominators Futsal Cup 2023 organized by Hirimaradhoo Club Dominators.
The final match of the tournament was played between Kurimagu Sports Club and FC Titans. Kurimagu Sports Club won the match 3-1. Ahmed Asif of Kurimagu Sports Club was selected as the best player of the match.
At the end of the final match closing ceremony of the tornament was held and trophies and medals were handed over to the winners. Ahmed Asif and Ahmed Afaaq of Kurimagu SC, Mohamed Nasheed and Ahmed Nadheem of FC Titans and Minhaal Mohamed of La Masia were selected as the top five players of the tournament. Ahmed Nadheem of FC Titans was selected as the top scorer of the tournament, Thoha Wahid of Kurimagu SC was selected as the best coach, Ahmed Asif of La Masia was selected as the fair play player of the tournament, and Ahmed Afaaq of Kurimagu SC was selected as the King of the Tournament. Moreover, FC Titans are the runners-up team of the tournament, while La Masia is the fair play team of the tournament.
A total of five teams participated in the Futsal Cup targeted for the Men’s of the island. The teams participated in the competition are FC Titans, MWSC, La Masia, Kurimagu Sports Club and Infinity. The objectives of the Futsal Cup were to develop talented Futsal players in the island, to make the youth of the island healthy and strengthen the unity among the youth.
