Kulhudhuffushi City Badminton Arena opened after renovation

Kulhudhuffushi City Badminton Arena has been officially opened after renovation.

The two Badminton courts at Kulhudhuffushi Badminton Arena has been opened four months after it was closed for renovation.

A small ceremony was organized by the city council to inaugurate badminton courts on July 11, 2023. The ceremony was presided over by Hussain Ali of Kulhudhuffushi City, who has contributed immensely to badminton.

The renovation project was awarded to Benzi Private Limited four months back. Under the project mats of the two badminton courts were changed and painting works were carried on interior the building. Also movable net post were installed.

The project was awarded to the company for MVR 784,080 to be completed within 90 days.
