Isskoi Park opened in Ha. Hoarafushi

Isskoi Park developed in Ha. Hoarafushi has opened.

The park was opened along with the Eid Al-Adha celebrations. According to the Hoarafushi Council, the park was opened with the participation of a several residents, children and senior citizens.

Park set up as part of the CSR of ‘IAC Refrigeration’, has been designed to be relevant to the history of the island as well as to senior citizens. The park will also have facilities for playing chess, ‘thinhama’ and similar sports. Moreover, park has designated play set for children as well.

The park was inaugurated by council members and IAC Refrigeration Manager Ibrahim Adam. Hoarafushi Council presented a memento in recognition of the IAC refrigeration for developing such a park in the island. Furthermore, council extended special thanks to the company and constituency parliament member Ahmed Saleem.

A children’s park named ‘Koi Park’ was also opened in Hoarafushi on night of July 3, 2023.
