President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has officially inaugurated several development projects that were carried out as part of his presidential pledges.
Projects inaugurated by the President include the development of the water and sewerage network, the upgrading of the harbour, the expansion of the football grounds, and the extension of the healthcare centre building.
Furthermore, Vice President Faisal Naseem, Youth Minister Ahmed Mahloof, Foreign Minister Abdulla Shahid, Home Minister Sheikh Imran Abdulla and parliament members attended the opening ceremonies held in Foakaidhoo.
President Solih’s administration has made significant progress in ensuring equitable development across all inhabited islands in the country. This includes improving the living standards of citizens and enabling them to live dignified lives.
