‘Koi Park’, a children’s park developed in Ha. Hoarafushi has been inaugurated with a colourful ceremony.
According to Hoarafushi Council, the children’s park has been developed jointly by Hoarafushi council, Women’s Development Committee (WDC) and Hoarafushi MP Ahmed Saleem (Salle).
The opening ceremony of the park was graced by the Hoarafushi Council and WDC members. Regarding the opening of the park, the Hoarafushi Council stated that it was the end of the wait for the children of Hoarafushi after a long time.
Koi Park was opened with several cultural activities. Among cultural activities include Bileh Dhafi, Koadi, Maafathi, Dhan’di, Fanka, and Fathigan’du Dances.
