A Dinghy has capsized on HDh. Kumundhoo Harbour Channel.
According to the President of Kumundhoo Council Ameen Mohamed, a dinghy was capsized at Kumundhoo Harbour Channel this morning.
Moreover, Ameen stated that a total of six people were also rescued and that no one was injured in the incident. However, the dinghy was heavily damaged.
Similar incidents have taken place in the past while vehicles entering Kumundhoo Harbour. On April 22 this year, a ferry boat between Kumundhoo and Kulhudhuffushi capsized on the island’s harbour channel.
