President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has stated that the outcomes of handing over Ice Plant operations to FENAKA Corporation have been successful.
President the remarks speaking during the opening of the new powerhouse, FENAKA Corporation’s administrative building and Ice Plant on F. Feeali. The ceremony was held at the Feeali harbour area yesterday afternoon.
First Lady Fazna Ahmed, Cabinet Ministers, parliamentarians, senior government officials, senior government officials, the staff of government offices and institutions, and members of the residential community joined the ceremony.
Moreover, President Solih made a comment during the event about how the government carefully considered the Ice Plants’ operations before turning them over to FENAKA Corporation. He added that fisherman are now receiving services from the Ice Plants now run by FENAKA Corporation.
President Solih pledged to maintain the services now provided, such as electricity, water, and sanitation, as well as providing ice to fishermen. And he expressed his gratitude for the work of all the FENAKA Corporation employees.
