Program held at Ha. Ihavandhoo to teach how to make crafts from palm leaves concluded

The program held to teach how to make crafts from palm leaves has concluded successfully in Ha. Ihavandhoo.

A total of 29 participants participated in the program organized by Ihavandhoo Women’s Development Committee (WDC). The program was held from May 5 to 11.

The certificates were handed over to the 29 participants who completed the program at a special function held on Saturday night. Moreover, in the program participants learnt how to make crafts like flower, flower bouquet, and various animals from palm leaves.

In addition, Ihavandhoo Council stated that the council has decided to hold another program in the island in the near future.
