Opportunity open to participate in ‘Kelaa Super League 2023’ Football Tournament

Ha. Kelaa Council has opened applications to participate in the ‘Kelaa Super League 2023’ Football Tournament to be held in the island.

According to Kelaa Council opportunity will be given to the teams registered at the council under council’s regulation on teams to participate in competitions organized by the council.

Moreover, Kelaa Council requests interested teams to complete the online registration form before 1400hrs of June 1, 2023. The draw ceremony of the tournament will be held on June 28 and tournament is scheduled to begin on July 4. Also MVR 2000 will be charged from participating teams.

Furthermore, if less than six teams participate in the tournament, the tournament is planned to be held in league basis in which all the teams play against each other and the two teams with the highest points make it to the final. If it is more than six teams, the tournament will be held in such a way that the teams will be divided into two groups so that the top team from each group makes it to the final.
