25 teams participated in the ‘Faaroshi Bakery Corals Masrace’

25 teams has participated in the ‘Faaroshi Bakery Corals Masrace’ organized by Kulhudhuffushi City Club Corals this year.

The competition will be held on the day after Eid-al-Fitr, which was open to employees of Kulhudhuffushi offices and companies. The competition open to both genders had the option to make teams with only men or with only women or teams with both genders.

Winning team of the competition will be awarded with cash prize of MVR 7,000, for the runner-up team a cash prize of MVR 3,000, and for third place MVR 1,500.

In addition to the first, second, and third position in the competition, the male and female participant who catches the highest number of fish, the participant who catches the heaviest fish, and the participant who catches the biggest fish will be selected.

This is the second time that Club Corals is conducting fishing race. The club first started the competition on the Eid-al-Fitr last year. Last year, 22 teams participated in the fishing race.
