Golden Futsal Challenge: Naivaadhoo, HDh. Atoll Champions

HDh. Naivaadhoo are the champions of Haa Dhaalu Atoll ‘Sonee Sports Golden Futsal Challenge 2023’.

The final match was played at Hulhumale’ Futsal Ground (Near Rehendhi School) and HDh. Naivaadhoo defeated HDh. Neykurendhoo by 1-0.

The only goal of the match was scored by Abdulla Shafiu. Shafiu was selected as best player of the match as well as best player of the tournament. Also he was the top scorer of the tournament with seven goals. 

A total of 102 teams across from the country participated in this year’s competition. And a total of 242 matches will be played in the competition.

With 12 teams, Haa Alif Atoll has the most number of teams this year. Haa Dhaalu Atoll has 9 teams while Shaviyani Atoll has 7 teams in the competition.
