Sh. Maroshi Health Center extension building has been inaugurated.
The extension building of Maroshi Health Center was inaugurated by Minister of State for Health Ahmed Adil on Friday.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the senior officials of various institutions in the Island, senior officials of the Health Center and staff of the Health Center.
A total of MVR 3.8 million has been spent from the government’s budget for the construction of the new extension building of Maroshi Health Center.
According to the Health Ministry, the building will expand the health services in the island. After the opening of the building, the public health unit and all administrative works of the Health Center were shifted to the new building.
