Afami Maldives Private Limited has been awarded the contract to construct 8 classrooms in Sh. Goidhoo School.
Senior Policy Director Naushad Ibrahim signed the agreement on behalf of Ministry of Education and Managing Director of Afami Maldives Private Limited Ameen Mohamed signed the agreement on behalf of the company.
The budget for the project is allocated from 2021, and will be carried under the PSIP project. MVR 12,291,291.70 is allocated for the project. Project was awarded to Afami Maldives Private Limited to be completed in one year.
Recently, Goidhoo Council stated that the council and the people were satisfied with the development of basic facilities such as water and sewerage systems as promised by the current government during the presidential campaign.
