Pastry Course conducted by HDh. Nolhivaranfaru WDC concluded

The Pastry Course conducted by Women’s Development Committee (WDC) of Nolhivaranfaru for women in the island has been concluded successfully.

The course was conducted in collaboration with the Nolhivaranfaru WDC and AMS Cakes. According to the Nolhivaranfaru WDC, a total of 30 participants participated and completed the course. The course was conducted from November 3-10, 2022. A total of 24 items were taught to the participants during the course.

The concluding ceremony washeld at Nolhivaranfaru Preschool on Friday night, where various pastry items prepared by the participants were showcased.

According to the President of Nolhivaranfaru WDC Nazmina Ahmed, initially target to start the course was with 20 participants, but on the request of many, ten more seats were added and the course was conducted with a total of 30 participants. Moreover, Nazmina thanked the Nolhivaranfaru Council, AMS Cakes and the participants of the course for their support in successfully concluding the course.

In addition, the fee for the course is MVR 1,500 per participant. However, WDC paid the one-third of payment for each participants.
