Premium Villas to be developed in Hulhumale’

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed an agreement with Batch Construction to develop a premium villas in Hulhumale’.

The agreement was signed on behalf of HDC by Managing Director Ahmed Athif and Managing Director of Batch Construction Mohamed Saeed signed on behalf of the company.

The project will be carried out near the tourism island planned to be developed by HDC. The premium residential project, to be built on 3 lakh square feet of land, will introduce a new beach front home, duplex townhouse and townhouse in the country.

According to HDC, each unit built under the project will have 2,000 square feet, Moreover, company stated that the building will have 1,200 square feet of space for the occupants of the building. Furthermore, it will also provide services of semi-guarded security, private neighbourhood, resident garden, guardroom, police post and club house to the residents. People living here will also have access to lap pool, pool house, wellness centre, recreation centre, multi-purpose event hall and commercial complex.

In addition, HDC noted that with this project, luxury living will be introduced and more than 100 jobs will be created. The company also stated that the project will bring a lot of economic and social benefits to Hulhumale’ and to the country.
