Kulhudhuffushi City Police (KCP) has won the Faroshi InterOffice Corals Football Tournament 2022 organized by Kulhudhuffushi Club Corals.
The final match was played at the Coral Football Ground between Club KCP and Club Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital (CKRH). KCP won the match 4-2.
Moreover, at the end of the final match, the closing ceremony of the tournament was held and trophies and medals were presented to the winners.
The regional airport team was selected as the fairplay team of the tournament. Two players were selected for the top score of the tournament. They are KCP’s Asif Saleem and CKRH’s Mohamed Nasheed. Each player scored three goals.
While Maahi Abdulla from CKRH was selected as the best goalkeeper of the tournament, KCP’s Ahmed Mohamed was selected as the best defender of the tournament, CKRH’s Mohamed Nadheem was selected as the best midfielder of CKRH, KCP’s Farhath Mohamed was selected as the best coach of the tournament, and Asif Saleem from KCP was selected as the best player of the tournament.
This is the most expensive football competition ever held in Kulhudhuffushi City. MVR 30,000 has been allocated for the winning team.
