A report has been presented to the President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih by Health Facilities in Haa Dhaalu Atoll highlighting the challenges faced in the health centers.
The report was compiled at the initiative of senior officials appointed by the President to the health centers in the atoll. And the report was presented to the President by the Head of Nolhivaram Health Centre, Senior Administrator, Health Service, Mariyam Habeeb.
According to the report, the main purpose of the report is to address the situation of the centers and the changes required to the centers. It is to be hoped that this will be addressed in the light of the provisions of the report. Moreover, the purpose of the report is to ensure that the quality of services provided to the people by the centers is improved and the health system upgraded.
Furthermore, the report includes issues related to the classification of centers, staff shortages, services provided by the centers, lack of space in health centers, and budgetary issues. In addition, in report is stated that they hope to see an early solution to the issues addressed in the report.
