HDh. Neykurendhoo Council has opened applications for 50 land plots to be used as housing.
According to the announcement by Neykurendhoo Council, the council has approved to provide 50 land plots of 2,000 square feet and 3,000 square feet for the housing of the residents of the island.
Therefore, council requests eligible applicants to submit their application forms to Neykurendhoo Council from August 28 to October 13, 2022. Application forms will be issued and accepted from 0900hrs to 1200hrs on official days at the Neykurendhoo Council reception. The price of the form is MVR 10.
Moreover, council stated that forms will be accepted only if all the documents required to be are submitted along with the form.
In addition, has formed a seven member temporary committee as per the regulation made by the Council regarding providing land plots for housing purposes. Furthermore, according to the regulation, the applicant must be a resident of the island who is registered in the resident’s registry of the island before announcing the application for the land plots.
