Sh. Kanditheemu Council has opened the opportunity to participate in the Kanditheemu Council Quran Competition 2022.
According to the council, the purpose of the competition is to increase the love for the Holy Quran among the people of Kanditheemu, create a competitive spirit of Reciting the Holy Quran, to revive the art of reciting Quran, inculcate religious spirit, and create people who can compete at the atoll and national levels to bring success to the island.
Therefore, the council requests those who wish to participate in the competition to submit their application forms before August 25, 2022. Forms can be collected and submitted to reception on working hours or can be submitted online via https://forms.gle/hBccDyedpLfsTqop7
Moreover, according to the Kanditheemu council, only the citizens and blood relatives of the citizens of the island can participate in the competition. Also, opportunity will be given to students from registered School and Quran classes in the Ministry of Education.
Furthermore, the council stated that competition will be held in two categories both memorized and non- memorized. The competition is scheduled to begin on September 22, 2022.
