Vice President inaugurates arts and crafts exhibition in Kulhudhuffushi City

Vice President Faisal Naseem has inaugurated the “Sagaafee Masakkaiy Dhiruvun” arts and craft exhibition in Kulhudhuffushi City.

Art and Craft exhibition inaugurated was as part of celebrations to mark International Youth Day 2022. The exhibition showcases numerous handicraft items, ranging from the works of blacksmiths to wood carvings and from embroidery to jewellery making. It seeks to encourage the youth to learn the rich craftsmanship and history of the country and offers them the opportunity to witness the skills of the artisans.

Moreover, the Vice President attended the official function held to mark the occasion. Furthermore, he visited the Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital (KRH) and met with the senior management and staff. Commending them for their exemplary services, and asked them to continue providing the region’s best possible healthcare services. He also inquired about the challenges facing the hospital.

In addition, the Vice President also visited the patients at the Hospital and inquired about their well-being before inspecting the progress of work to upgrade the hospital.
