Construction of 50 housing units in Sh. Milandhoo awarded Flexinc PVT LTD

Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure has awarded construction of 50 housing units in Sh. Milandhoo to Flexinc Private Limited.

The project was awarded to Flexinc Private Limited at a ceremony held at the Planning Ministry today. The agreement was signed by Director General of Planning Ministry Ahmed Vishan Naseem and Managing Director of Flexinc Najah Shareef signed the agreement on behalf of the company.

Under the agreement, 50 housing units of 1,000 square feet will be constructed in Milandhoo. Each unit will have 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a sitting room, a laundry and a storeroom. Moreover, a park and parking zone will also be established around the area.

The MVR 45.9 million project was awarded to the company to be completed within 270 days. The project is funded under the PSIP budget for 2022.
