Land plots leased for the construction of tourist guesthouses and city hotels in Ha. Kelaa has been handed over to those who have acquired land.
Although the council announced the lease of 14 land plots for the construction of guesthouses and city hotels in Kelaa, only 11 of the land was handed over to the bidders. They are 10 plots of 5,000 square feet and 10,000 square feet of land leased for the construction of guesthouses. Kelaa Council has stated that this is the top 11 bidders who have won the bid for the time being.
Moreover, Council have given the granted a three-year grace period to develop their land for those who have acquired land for the construction of guesthouses and city hotels in Kelaa.
However, Kelaa Council has announced that the rent will begin to run as soon as the construction is completed.
