Sh. Foakaidhoo Council has announced that they are looking for interested parties to develop a Futsal Ground in the island.
According to the announcement by the council, interested parties should complete bid registration before June 15, 2022. Moreover, MVR 500 as bid registration non-refundable MVR 500 should be paid. Furthermore, information session regarding the project will be held at the council on June 16, 2022, and bid submission will be held at 1030hrs on June 30, 2022.
In addition, Foakaidhoo Council requests those who wish to inquire further information about the the project to contact or mail to the Council.
Foakaidhoo is home to a number of talented football players. The island has also competed at the national level and have many achievements at the atoll level. Foakaidhoo FC won this year’s Shaviyani Atool Tekkers Milo Championship. They also competed 2019-2020 Dhiraagu Dhivehi League.
