Construction of two-storey building of Ha. Maarandhoo School has been awarded to K&F Holdings Private Limited.
Agreement was signed between Ministry of Education and K&F Holdings Pvt Ltd at a ceremony held at the Ministry. The ceremony was attended by Ihavandhoo constituency MP Mohamed Shifau, who represents Maarandhoo at the People’s Majlis.
The two-storey building consists of a staff room, a science lab and two classrooms. The project was awarded to the company for MVR 7,939,576.01 to be completed within 200 days. In addition, construction of 3 classrooms in Ha. Molhadhoo School also has been awarded to contractors.
The government has been carrying out several such projects across the country for the development of schools in Maldives.
